Self-centered, me? I don't… you!

Hi! Basically we divide the levels of consciousness between egocentric and empathetic.

The egocentric is the one in which the I predominates, and the empathetic the We.

We always find ourselves empathetic, only the other is egocentric, isn't it? Not.

We oscillate in an eternal complementary series between them... in some situations we are very egocentric, in others we are more empathetic, and this varies a lot according to our evolution in the most diverse areas of life.

Self-centered, me? I don't… you!

It turns out that there are people who are predominantly self-centered most of the time, and these are the ones who don't feel guilt, or go through internal conflicts, as their character is still evolving, but they feel a lot of frustration for not being attended to, and can be very cruel when that happens.....

They are only held back by external censorship, because they care a lot about what others think and will still have a good path towards moral-empathic evolution, but we will all get there!

If you feel guilty when you do something that isn't cool by your standards, great! Good sign!

The important thing is not to stop at guilt and take a little step forward so that it walks towards regret and, subsequently, a change in behavior.

We are in the era of WHO WE ARE. ALL, where less and less the EU will have place. So, it's nice to observe ourselves, with kindness, to progressively improve, because evolution doesn't make leaps! It's all slow, gradual and progressive.

And let's move on...

With love.
