Recipe:Sprouted Chickpea Paste To mount the Wrap:Butter kale (5 large leaves) Other suggestions:β Sunflower or sesame seeds To germinate the chickpeas:Soak the beans for eight hours (one night), drain the water the next day and keep it moist inside the same pot, covered with a filo, for about three days or until it starts to sprout. How to make:β Beat the chickpeas with a little oil, the spices and a chopped onion until it forms a paste. |
