You own your life and you must believe it

You wake up, go to work, face traffic, arrive at work, perform your tasks, have lunch, work some more, leave, face more traffic, study, go home, take care of the family, have commitments, meet friends, date and a plethora of other things…

So far so good, since we live in society it is natural that we have countless tasks every day.

But have you ever stopped to think about yourself? Is everything that is happening doing you good? Is there anything you would like to be different?

I believe the answer to some of these questions is yes. Which is natural too. We are beings in constant evolution and change and we have to always aim for the best for our lives and for the people we love.

But we often run so much to meet schedules, goals and commitments that we end up "turning on automatic" our life. When you realize you're doing things mechanically, then it's time to rethink your concepts.

Therefore, here are some steps that can help you to have full control over yourself:

be master of your mind

The first step to victory in our lives is to become masters of our minds. It all starts with the mind.

Educator and philosopher Josei Toda once said: “Our brain is made up of about 86 billion tiny cells called neurons. They connect to each other, forming a neural network. In each connection of our brain, a thought is registered, which in turn make up our reality, because they connect thoughts, words and actions to build concepts. These concepts command reactions in the form of new thoughts, new words and actions.

One person negatively recorded the experience of heartbreak. When the feeling of love is triggered again, she makes associations, relives thoughts, ideas and sensations from the past, based on her experiences.

Therefore, the brain creates connections and reactions identical to what has already occurred, modifying its body and environment according to the past. The person always reacts the same way in situations that could be faced in a better way. So start by talking to yourself, willing to change your reality for the better, even if past experiences may not have been so good. Believe in yourself and your emotional intelligence. Your mind, like the muscles of your body, will be “calibrated” to win every day.

Prayer

When we pray, we move the forces of the universe in our favor. Prayer has the power to connect with our “I”, to reflect and to manifest wisdom in difficult times. You own your life and you must believe itThe pacifist Dr. Ikeda says of prayer: “Prayer is the energy of life, permeating the entire universe and becoming the driving force for change.”

So whatever your belief, pray. Make the inherent power you have manifest in your life through prayers. Sometimes we run out of ideas or we find ourselves sad, discouraged. Prayer is a time when my life merges with the awesomeness of the positive energies of the universe. The prayer strategy is a great start to getting your mind and body into harmony.

take action

Gandhi said:

Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony.

Taking action may not be very easy at first, but when our mind is conditioned to win in everything, when we pray and recharge our energies, taking action becomes a natural and resultant part of our prayers and thoughts. As Gandhi pointed out, you have to be in harmony with what you want, pray until you get it and act according to your goals, because it's no use praying and thinking when your actions don't agree with what you believe.

Be the master of your mind, pray and act so that your life is in your hands always. Challenges serve to make you a stronger, kinder and wiser person. Use these three items to your advantage and success will surely be achieved. always.
