Tips for seasoning – Rice with Louro

Through my classes, I realized that a lot of people don't know what to use to make their food full of flavor. Without much familiarity with seasonings, they end up resorting to market gondolas, where they find boxed broths, powders and a few other industrialized seasonings.

Time passes and the food gets boring, the flavor doesn't feel like it, much less attracts.

Well I tell you that it is worth venturing into the world of herbs and spices, which fill the dishes with flavor!

To help you, I'll be here inspiring with tips for seasoning.

My tip today is a rice with bay leaf!

    - In the pan, you put a little olive oil and 8 fresh bay leaves (that little blue whiting you find at the fair).

    - Sauté the leaves in the oil for a few minutes, until golden and the kitchen fragrant.

    - Add half a cup of brown rice tea and stir, integrating all the flavors. Enjoy and take a deep breath tasting every note that comes out of the pan.

    - Add a cup and a half of water and a little bit of salt.

    - Stir and enjoy the beauty of the beans immersed in the water.

    - Cover the pan and let it cook.

    - As soon as the water dries up, you turn off the heat and take rice to your table ready to be tasted with all your senses.

Tempering is an art accessible to everyone!
