Banana cake
Ingredients
4 ripe dwarf bananas
4 whole organic eggs
1 cup vegetable oil of your choice
1 cup of organic sugar
2 cups of finely ground oat flakes
1 ½ cup of granola tea with chestnuts
1 dessert spoon of cinnamon powder
Chopped prunes, dark or white raisins (to taste)
4 mashed bananas
1 dessert spoon of yeast (optional)
Preparation
In a bowl mix the oats, granola with chestnuts, cinnamon powder, chopped plums, grapes and mashed bananas. Reserve.
Blend the ripe bananas, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender. Then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
And if you want, add the yeast last.
Take it in a greased shape with oil and wheat flour and take it to bake for 45 minutes.
