Tapioca bread: benefits and properties



Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of lactose-free milk, almond or coconut milk;
  • ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil;
  • 1 and a half cups of granulated tapioca flour;
  • 1 cup and a half of sweet sprinkle tea;
  • ½ cup of grated lactose-free cheese;
  • 2 eggs.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180º. Place the tapioca flour in a plastic container and set aside. Boil the oil and milk in the same pan, add to the flour and mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon. Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the flour and liquid mixture. Add the cheese and the sweet sprinkle. Lightly grease your hands with olive oil or coconut oil and knead the dough until smooth. Transfer the dough to a bread or glass form and leave for 45 minutes.
