  • 1 cup of chicken broth;
  • 1 cup of skimmed milk;
  • 5 cups of water.

Preparation:

Cook the garlic and onion with water and chicken stock until boiling. Add the dissolved milk and starch and let it thicken. Turn off the heat and set aside. Put the chopped ricotta on the plates and pour the soup. Sprinkle with parsley and add the cooked broccoli bouquets.



Chickpea Soup

Ingredients:

  • 300g of any part of a chicken, cut into cubes
  • ½ small bell pepper cut into cubes
  • ½ chayote cut into cubes
  • 1 large tomato cut into cubes
  • 1 carrot cut into cubes
  • 1 celery stalk cut into cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch of dried thyme

Preparation:



Start the recipe by sautéing the onion, garlic and pepper in the pressure cooker with olive oil. Then add the tomato.
