    “Bat wing, spider paw, ant pinch, piranha tooth. It's the witch."

    These are the lyrics of a children's song that portrays the ingredients of a magic potion brewed by an evil witch. But after all, where does the idea for these songs come from? Why do fairy tale witches always have in their kitchen a cauldron, a wooden spoon and their magic ingredients? The kitchen is the environment in our homes where great transformations take place, it is a place of pure alchemy! Or don't you believe it's alchemy to turn a few ingredients into a wonderful meal? Cooking is an act of love like no other, whether it's a task passed down from grandmother to granddaughter or learned at a famous culinary school. If love is involved, alchemy happens and the result of this magical transformation feeds the physical, emotional and also energetic hunger of those who taste the meal served.

    The intention of preparing a simple chocolate cake can feed our childhood nostalgia or even a pumpkin and honey syrup can reinvigorate our energies during a flu…. For energetic nutrition, in the same way that food interacts with our being, we also interact with food during its preparation. And that's where all the magic of the kitchen is, the greater the loving intention during the preparation of a meal, the more "enchanted" of love, health and prosperity is the recipe. A pinch of pepper to bring cheer, a handful of rosemary to scare away sadness or a spoon of honey to sweeten the words... Just connect with our inner wisdom and let the cauldron boil.

    bread of wishes

    The most important thing during this recipe is to have peace of mind and heart, so that each time the dough is kneaded, a truth (request) is released.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tablet of 15g of biological yeast;
    • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar;
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter;
    • 1 pinch of salt;
    • 1 cup of warm water;
    • 1 and a half cups of whole wheat flour;
    • 1 and a half cups of all-purpose flour.

    Preparation:

    Place the yeast in a bowl, followed by the sugar, butter, salt and warm water. Mix with your own hands and then add the flour. Place the dough on a smooth surface greased with a little flour, knead the dough gently. When the dough no longer sticks to your hands, let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with a clean dish towel. Shape the bread into a loaf pan or mold as you prefer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for about 20 minutes. Share the bread with those who intuit.
