the gratitude

Being grateful goes beyond uttering that brief word that has gained so much notoriety in recent times. Beautiful and popular, this word must be felt above all.
Gratitude is simple.

When you hear gurus, sages or initiates in the energy of gratitude saying that this pleasant word brings significant changes to your personal world, it is interesting that you listen and give a chance to make the action of giving thanks a common practice in your day.

But I'm grateful!

I realize that few understand what this feeling really means.

the gratitude

The act of giving thanks is, in short, feeling good with what you have, feeling well-being for being alive, for enjoying that sweet meal that nourishes your body, singing, dancing and loving good friends, the safe reception of home, enjoy the soft emanations of that music that beats your heart. Gratitude is giving vent to the highest feeling of well-being.

Whenever you can stop and close your eyes imagining everything you have in life that brings you great pleasure, satisfaction, love. When you visualize all this, you will immediately feel great well-being. The more you focus with all your strength on the image of what brings you this real pleasure in life, the stronger the feeling that will grow pulsing in your chest. You can visualize situations in your life that have already passed and that brought you a heightened feeling that overflows the body and mind, you can also think of something that will still happen in your life that brings you the same feeling, or simply feel all this. for the little things that life already gives you right now.

Gratitude is very simple and must be much more than described in words, it must be felt, always remembering that it is this poignant well-being that emanates from within your heart expanding around you. It's a feeling that lifts you up instantly, the best way to keep yourself in a high degree of vibrant energy.

By allowing yourself to feel this well-being within you, you will be looking at all that is best in your life, and showing the Creator God the value he gives to that, in this way intensifying and expanding all the blessings that are already well offered to you. by the Great One Being. To give thanks is therefore to show Him that you see everything that is done for you, that yes, you notice, that yes, you are happy with what you are given, and that yes, you are open to much more. This breaks the common but unnatural pattern of focusing on the things we don't have, closing ourselves in adversity without ever looking with a deep feeling at all the gifts that are sent to us every day, such as the gift of life, that great opportunity that you have to be here, present, hearing, seeing, feeling, loving, being.

There will come a point where you will even be grateful for situations that not long ago you considered a โ€œpunishmentโ€, because you will see that all the difficulties you faced on your way made you the unique and strong person you are today. Then you will truly be grateful for life's challenges that add action and make it more exciting and meaningful.

When giving thanks, also allow yourself to dream, because you will realize that in the world of feelings inside you there is no future, past or present, feeling well-being for what has already occurred, occurs or will occur, it makes no difference, everything is a latent and potent feeling inside you. So give thanks also for your dreams that already await you in the coming days of your personal emancipation.
