  • 300 ml of skimmed milk;
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of corn starch;
  • 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder;
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) demerara sugar.

Preparation

To start, dissolve the starch in the milk. Then transfer the mixture to a pan and add the cocoa and sugar. Stir everything over low heat until the liquid thickens. As soon as this happens, turn off the heat, pour the liquid into a mug and drink it under the covers.

  • 200 ml of vegetable milk (coconut milk, almonds, peanuts…);
  • 2 teaspoons of demerara sugar;

In a pan, place all the ingredients. Then, over low heat, mix the preparation until the solid ingredients have completely dissolved into the liquid ingredients. Finally, transfer the preparation to a mug and drink while still hot.

  • ½ box of lactose-free milk cream;
  • 1 cup of lactose-free milk;
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate;
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • ½ tablespoon of corn starch.

Preparation

First, mix the milk, chocolate, chocolate and cornstarch, without letting the liquid clump up. When everything is well dissolved, take it to the low fire and stir constantly until the liquid boils. Then turn off the heat and add the cream and stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Once that's done, just put the preparation in a mug and drink.
