Enlightened Heart Meditation

This meditation is excellent for reinvigorating the blood and energy circulation of the body. Helps in healing processes. It allows you to meet your inner self and revitalize your day, leaving you energized and enlightened. It takes an average of 20 minutes. Remember: where you put your attention, your energy goes with it. So focus on things that make you feel good!

Enlightened Heart Meditation

Do the following:

1.Place yourself in a comfortable position, sitting or lying down.

2.Close your eyes and take a deep breath 3 or 4 times.

3.Relax the body, starting with relaxing all the muscles in the face, neck, shoulders and arms, trunk, genitals, legs and feet.

4. Now place your attention on your heart: imagine it illuminated with a healing light or an energized light that overflows from your heart. Let that light or energy get stronger and stronger and shine brighter and brighter. Even if you don't see or feel this enlightened energy, imagine that you feel/see it. Focus on this healing energy/light for a few moments: imagine your heart beating and watering all your veins and capillaries, carrying this energy/light throughout your body and mind, touching all your cells, illuminating and energizing them. them, bringing healing and revitalization. Feel completely energized. Now your entire body glows.



5. Your heart explodes with light and energy. Now is the time to connect that energy with the people closest to you. See a light link between you and your loved ones. Connect with the people you love the most: your family and friends. Now connect with the people in your everyday life: your neighbors, the people you meet every day, the baker, the supermarket cashier, your co-workers…

6. Now let's broaden your spectrum, expanding your connecting power: imagine yourself expanding your power to spread your light and send it to all the people in your neighborhood, to all the people in your city, to all the people in your state. Imagine yourself distancing yourself but staying connected with all life forms in your country, continent, planet Earth and ultimately the Solar System. Feel for a few moments your heart beating and overflowing with energy and light, connected with the Universe.

7. In this moment, give thanks for everything and everyone in your life. Remember things from your last 24 hours that you would like to be thankful for.

8. Cast a true desire within you into the universe.

9. Gradually, or when you feel ready, return to normal consciousness. Recontact your body: Return your attention to your arms, legs, torso, and head. Open your eyes and allow this healing energy to continue in you throughout your day.
