Ingredients:


  • 1 cup (tea) of rice flour or 150 g;
  • 1 cup of sweet flour or 100 g;
  • 1 level teaspoon of xanthan gum;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 cup of warm milk or 240 ml;
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:


Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and let them rest.

Beat the milk, egg, oil and yeast in a blender.

Pour the liquid into the bowl of the dry ingredients and stir well until the dough is soft.
