  • 5 tablespoons of oil;
  • 500 ml of boiling water;

Preparation:

Grease a pan with vegetable oil, gluing a sheet of parchment paper on top and preheat the oven to 260°C. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and wait. Chop the chocolate and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the vanilla essence to the melted chocolate. Add a cup of water and pour the oil into the dry ingredients, mixing carefully. With the help of an egg beater, mix the mixture into the chocolate brownie gently so it doesn't look airy. Observe the texture of the dough and, if necessary, add more water. Add the chocolate chips and pour the contents into the mold. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes, or until a crispy crust is created. Is ready!
