Veganism at Christmas

For most religious, the 25/12 is celebrated Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ. This is a moment of reflection, of looking back and observing what we are doing well and what we have to improve. The celebration of the birth of Christ must begin with peace in the heart, bringing this feeling to the table.

“…And the flesh of dead animals in your body will become your own tomb. For truly I say to you, whoever kills kills himself, and whoever eats the flesh of dead animals eats the body of death. ”

(Jesus Christ – The Essene Gospel of Peace)

    Veganism at Christmas

We should not celebrate the life of an Enlightened Being with the death of innocent animals. Animals must not pay for our sins. Let's make tasty choices free from suffering. There are several choices we can make on this very special date without sacrificing any innocent animals.

Veganism is not a religion, however, as it is a philosophy of life of non-exploitation of non-human animals, we do not agree with the practice of this celebration with death.

“The vapor of the flesh obscures the light of the spirit... One can hardly have virtue when one enjoys meals and feasts with meat...”

    (Saint Basil – AD 320-79)
