remove sweat stain

Yellow sweat stain is very common. The older the stain, the harder it is to remove. Baking soda together with lemon, washing powder and water eliminates yellowing without harming clothes. Here's how to use this mixture:

  • Make a paste and put it on the stain with dry clothes;
  • Scrub with an old toothbrush;
  • Wait 45 minutes, the stain will turn yellow, but no problem;
  • Leave the piece to soak with soap powder (with little sulfate) and water for 1h30;
  • Wash clothes, preferably with products with natural raw materials.
  • Put the piece to dry naturally.

Attention:

Lemon can burn the skin, do not handle this stain remover under the sun. On clothes with old stains, the result will be inferior.

Whiten cotton clothes, shirt collars, bedding and dish towels with 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 level tablespoon of salt for every liter of water. Let the pieces soak for an hour. Rinse with cold water and place to air dry.

Also use to lighten lycra underwear. After washing them, soak the pieces for 10 minutes in the solution of 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate. No need to rinse and place to dry in the shade.
