Make a quick snack with Overnight Oats

These quick, easy-to-carry snacks are taking the modern world by storm. After salads in the pot, the new trend is now Overnights Oats, better known as oats and fruits in the pot. See how to prepare one of them, very tasty to accompany you on a daily basis.

How to prepare?

Make a quick snack with Overnight OatsIn a jar with a lid or a glass cup, add the rolled oats to the base, then the milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and sweeten to taste. Close the pot and shake very well. If you want, you can mix it with a spoon. Add fruit and jellies and stir gently so they don't fall apart. Put it in the fridge and leave it overnight and only take it out the next day. Overnight, the oatmeal and chia seeds will absorb the liquid and soften the flavors. The texture and flavor the next day are even more delicious. The ideal is to consume within two days after preparation to keep the ingredients fresh.



If you prefer, you can also layer your Overnight Oats. Just repeat the same steps, but instead of mixing everything, intersperse the ingredients in layers the way you prefer. For a more natural look, choose to sweeten it with cinnamon, honey or stevia.
