  • 1 tablespoon of sesame paste;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;
  • Salt and black pepper (optional).

Preparation

  • Skewer the washed and dried eggplants on a fork and place them over the stove's flame, turning them to roast on both sides. Do the procedure until the shell is a little brittle and hard;

  • 1 pinch of turmeric.

Sauce ingredients and method of preparation

  • 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour;
  • 250 ml of soy creams;
  • 250 ml of soy milk;
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil;
  • juice of half a lemon;

Preparation
