Healthy ice cream to cool off in the heat

In this heat, nothing better than an ice cream, right? However, we always find the more caloric versions of the dessert, which end up doing harm to the body. You don't give up dessert or health care, right? So, we separated eight delicious healthy ice cream recipes to refresh the heat.  

Detox popsicle that refreshes and detoxifies

Ingredients

  • 2 kale leaves;
  • 6 mint leaves;
  • 2 pineapple slices without the core;
  • 1 apple with skin and without seeds;
  • 2 ½ cups of coconut water.

Preparation



Blend the cabbage, pineapple, apple and coconut water in a blender. Strain the mixture, put it in the blender, add the mint and beat again. Put in popsicle molds, take it to the freezer and leave for 15 minutes. Remove from freezer, insert ice cream sticks, return to freezer and leave until firm.

Pineapple ice cream with mint

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped pineapple tea;
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint;
  • 1 low-fat natural yogurt;
  • ½ cup of demerara sugar.

Preparation

Blend the pineapple, yogurt and sugar in a blender until smooth. Add the mint and place in the freezer until hardened. Remove from the freezer and beat again until the mixture is creamy. Freeze again, this time for 12 hours.


Healthy Coconut Popsicle with Collagen that Improves Skin

Ingredients


  • 20 g of collagen diluted in 30 ml of water;
  • 50 ml of almond milk;
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut milk;
  • 12 drops of sucralose.

Preparation 

Beat everything in the blender, put it in popsicle molds and take it to the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove, insert ice cream sticks and return the mixture to the freezer and leave until firm.

Peach and Ginger Popsicle with Coconut Water

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and in pieces;
  • 60 g of ginger root, peeled and cut into thick slices;
  • 3 small packages of stevia;
  • 1 glass of water.

Preparation

Bring the water to a boil over medium heat along with the ginger for 10 minutes. Turn off the fire, hit the syrup in the blender and then sieve. Add stevia and peach, blend again in a blender until smooth. Put in popsicle molds and take it to the freezer until hardened.

Healthy popsicle and “tan”

Ingredients

  • 6 units of acerola;
  • 2 large slices of watermelon;
  • 1 cup of ginger tea;
  • 1 cup of hibiscus tea;
  • 1 kiwi.

Preparation


Blend everything in the blender. Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Place in the freezer and leave until hardened.

Red berries with pineapple and coconut water

Ingredients


  • 4 strawberries, cut into cubes;
  • 3 red grapes;
  • ½ cup of watermelon, cut into cubes;
  • 12 blueberries;
  • 2 slices of pineapple, cut into cubes;
  • 6 mint leaves;
  • 1 liter of coconut water

Preparation


Blend everything in the blender. Put the mixture in popsicle molds, insert the sticks and take it to the freezer for approximately 6 hours.

Healthy Cherry Lime Popsicle that Improves Sleep

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of pitted cherries;
  • ½ cup of lime juice;
  • ½ cup of honey;
  • 1 cup of water.

Preparation


Heat the water and honey over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves. Add the syrup, cherry and lime juice to the blender and blend until there are no pieces of cherry. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, then insert the ice cream sticks. Place in the freezer and leave for approximately 6 hours.

Watermelon, lemon and ginger

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of chopped watermelon;
  • Peeled ginger to taste;
  • Juice of ½ Sicilian lemon;
  • 1 small packet of stevia.

Preparation

Blend everything in a blender and strain if necessary. Place in popsicle molds, insert the sticks and leave in the freezer for approximately 6 hours.
