  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 bunch of cabbage;
  • 2 chopped carrots;
  • 3 chopped red apples;
  • 1/2 chopped ginger;
  • 1/2 bunch of mint;
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley;
  • 1 cup of hydrated raisins;
  • 1 cup of hydrated Brazil nuts.

How to Prepare

Put the green coconut water in the blender, squeeze 1 lemon and add it to the blender, then put 1 bunch of cabbage. Cut 2 carrots into slices and throw in a blender. Do the same with the 3 apples. Whisk the mixture for a few seconds. Then chop ½ ginger, ½ bunch of mint, ½ bunch of parsley. If you wish, you can add 1 cup (American) of hydrated raisins and 1 cup (American) of hydrated Brazil nuts. Ingredients

  • 50 grams of fresh yeast;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 60ml of oil;
  • 240 ml of warm milk;
  • ½ kilo of yams cooked with salt and mashed;
  • 1 level tablespoon of margarine;
  • +/-1 kilo of wheat flour.

Beat the ingredients in the blender or in a mixer, without the wheat flour. Add the yeast in a container with the sugar until dissolved, add the egg and mix. Add oil and milk and mix then add the mashed yam. After, put the butter in the same container and mix until the dough forms a soft puree, add flour little by little, until the dough starts to dissolve in your hands.



With the dough already ready, leave it in a round shape and put it in a place to rest, for 40 minutes, brush with egg yolk and then bake in a preheated oven and leave for about 30 minutes or until golden.
