April 06th National Mobilization Day for the Promotion of Health and Quality of Life

“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”

World Health Organization

Shall we reflect on how we are, each and everyone, investing in health, well-being and quality of life?

The Earth is living a historic experience, faced with the need for social isolation, for the maintenance of life with quality.

It is time to review our values, priorities, purposes, partnerships, care for earth, water, air and fire.

It is time to deeply understand the lesson that a virus is bringing us, changing the status quo of the planet, saying:

“Hey… human beings, what are you honestly doing for each other? I came to show you that everyone is equal, I do not distinguish between social classes, developed, developing or underdeveloped countries.

All of you are important to me… world leaders, women, men, children, the elderly.

And you? What and who matters to you?”

I believe that the virus is the background for us to look at the reality established long before its “emergence”: greed, competition, exploitation, selfishness, power, exclusion, prejudice, lack of love, low self-esteem, negative thoughts, existential discomfort. , consumerism, excess of information, disconnection with human and divine nature.

I believe that the well-being of all living beings urgently needs new collective actions, genuine loving care, accessible prevention of diseases of the body and soul, mass preservation of all ecosystems that cooperate with the planetary quality of life.

Researchers prove that social isolation is cooperating with Nature, she is breathing more and better with the reduction of pollutants and without human presence producing physical and mental waste.

It is worth strengthening and enabling access to integrative therapies to help humanity in strengthening the quality of life for all.

Ayurverda, millenary medical knowledge, which means "knowledge or science (veda) of longevity (ayus)", recognizes health not only as the absence of disease, but as physical, mental and spiritual well-being, comprising the human being in all its aspects. its dimensions and at all stages of life.

“Ayurveda believes that every form of existence, animate or inanimate, is composed of an Absolute Consciousness (the presence of the Creator in each creature) or spiritual body, by the Individual Consciousness (fruit of desire and which represents the role of each one in history of creation), by the Intellect (intelligence without emotions with the ability to discern between right and wrong in the fulfillment of the individual role of each creature), by the Ego (memories of experiences lived in each existence and survival instinct), by the Thinking Mind (responsible for emotions, doubts, fantasies and desires) which, in addition to being an organ of interaction between the information coming from the sense organs, also determines the appropriate action of adaptation to the demands of the environment), by the sense organs (perception of the five senses) ) and, finally, by the physical body (responsible for actions). When the relationship between all these elements is harmonious and there are no conflicts between them, we enjoy a state of full health”.

Antonio Cesar Ribeiro Silva Deveza

Considering this classic scientific knowledge, how can we individually and collectively promote a state of full health for each and everyone?

How to get out of fetched, theoretical, illusory plans and implement in fact and right the quality of life in our house called TERRA?

This is one of the biggest challenges facing our planet, especially in our country.

“Standing, mentalize your intention and transform it into a strong image. As you walk, express “Mah”, bringing your arms towards your chest, as if you are pulling the image strongly towards your heart… When touching your chest, express “Peh”, planting the image in the heart with energy and integration. Then, “Tcho”, you must open your arms releasing the meditated energy to the Universe. Practicing trust, faith, you let go and let the Universe take care and open paths in your life.

Do this, several times, “Mah”, “Peh”, “Tcho”, for 10 minutes. If you are not available to express the words or make the gestures, meditate walking and mentally expressing each gesture and each word, because the power of your consciousness can bring feelings of well-being ".

Super affectionate hug!!!!
