Apple muffins with chestnuts

Ingredients:

Apple muffins with chestnuts• 2 grated apples
• 3 eggs
• Walnuts and Brazil nuts, chopped to taste
• ½ cup of brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• ¼ cup of coconut oil
• ½ cup of white rice flour
• ½ cup of brown rice flour tea
• 2 tablespoons of golden flaxseed meal
• ½ cup of oatmeal tea
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of yeast


Preparation:

First of all, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar and honey until they become a homogeneous cream, then add the oil and continue beating. Reserve. Place the walnuts and Brazil nuts in the blender and beat at the highest speed, mix with the flour and oatmeal. Grate the apples and gradually add the flours with nuts and chestnuts, cinnamon, cream and mix everything. Then add the yeast and stir very slowly. Finally, beat the egg whites and slowly add them to the other ingredients.



Put the dough in muffin tins, the individual recipes are not only more presentable, but also tastier. Preheat the oven to 180º and bake for 30 minutes.
