4 eggs
250 ml of milk
180 grams of cooked rice
50 grams of wheat flour
100 ml of oil
1 spoon of yeast
Preparation:
Beat the rice with the yolks, oil, milk and flour in a blender. Add the snow whites to the dough and the yeast. Mix well, place in the mold and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and roll with the filling of your choice. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
