Do we seek to know the truth?
With so many opinions, visions, concepts and values we are lost, as if we were in a labyrinth.
What is real and true?
This restlessness comes to our mind!
Many voices, questions and answers, and the truth, what is it anyway?
In those moments, all that remains is to be silent, for in stillness the truth gives its signal.
In our wholeness and presence in the present moment, the truth presents itself.
It is subtle, discreet, calm, to perceive it we need to refine our senses and feel more.
Truth does not give explanations, but makes itself felt through our sensations.
It is captured by intuition and reveals itself in existence to those who amplify their perception.
Everything is an expression of the truth, but to be perceived it requires our attention and observation.
Do we want to find the truth?
Let's observe:
The sea and its waves, and we will realize that Life is movement.
The Sun, and we will feel that everything is energy.
The animals, and they will reveal to us that living is a natural process.
The wind touching us will remind us that our essential nature is light and free, like its gentle breeze.
The sky, always involving us, showing that everything passes and life goes on.
The stars showing us that, even distant, when we look at them we can bring them to shine inside us.
The earth, which sustains our trajectory and supports us, to walk our journey.
Every day-to-day movement, and we will intuit that everything talks to us.
To ourselves, for we are a walking mystery, we want to find the truth outside when it is inside us, and we do not face it.
Let us not grieve.
Let's just live!
Life, by itself, is the answer, which reveals itself at every moment of existence to those who are attentive to its expression!
Everything in existence expands our understanding, just pay attention.
At every moment life speaks to us.
True communication is established beyond the mind and reason and is captured by our heart!
Let us feel the truth that dwells in every being and in all of Creation!
