When I was a child…

What are the most memorable memories you carry with you from your childhood? Are they joyful or traumatic?

Who were the people who tagged the most when you were a kid? Father, mother, sister, uncle, teachers, grandparents or friends?

    Could you be a child?

    I've heard:

“Today, as an adult, I have a hard time touching, hugging my nephews or other children because I wasn't hugged by my parents. Even living in an affective relationship is very difficult, it is as if there is a block that prevents me from showing my affection for the other person”.

“I became a clown in childhood, I discovered this strategy to make my father laugh, be in a good mood, so he beat me less”.

“My mother beat me a lot, I wanted to die”.

“My brother always got the best, he was the darling”.

    When I was a child…

Many people are stuck in the past, because as a child this, this, and that happened… The wounds accumulated and were never treated. The child gets rid of problems very easily, when he is allowed to express himself truly – two children fight, argue, but soon they are playing again, they have already made up and forgotten everything that happened, the wound has healed and will not cause you problems when adults. When unresolved, it carries with it those wounds that hinder it a lot in adult life.

Through Kinesiology, we need to do an age recession to childhood where these wounds are still open. And, lovingly, the Higher Self talks about how we treat them, what are the tools of the technique we need to use and thus get rid of all this pain, so that we can feel the love when hugging and being hugged. Laugh, tell jokes, laugh at the opportune moment, with grace and lightness that come from within, and not to avoid pain. Having the will to live, forgiving those who caused you suffering, reconnecting with inner joy, valuing and loving yourself.

I wish that your eyes shine like a child's eyes and that your smile is innocent and loving like their smile.
