When Being Healthy Isn't Healthy

Nowadays, when our lives are “ruled” by matches and likes, being healthy has become not only a necessity, but almost an obligation. We try not to succumb and put aside several of the things we like to eat, precisely to take care of our health and more, to always look beautiful in the photos on social networks and gain “floods” of likes and countless matches.

Oh yes! That's when we feel wanted and loved. Sure, why not? those 200 likes means people love us, right?

    Only not!

The effort to be healthy in the first place must come from ourselves., regardless of what people will think or judge. And even if you want to be the healthiest person in the world, reaching that result may not be that healthy.

    When Being Healthy Isn't Healthy

In the 2000's, the internet has a strong role in changing people's mindset for a healthier life. Currently there are alternative media, such as blogs, websites and YouTube channels that pass messages ignored by traditional media, but the safest is still the consultation with health professionals such as endocrinologists.

In contrast, fast food chains and their “tasty” advertisements bring another flood of temptations, making it practically impossible to refuse that Big Mac or an angry Whooper, among others. We need to know how to dose all this.

We are not a total health generation, but when we allow ourselves to be better people and have a sustainable life, it is enough to start this change slowly and calmly. Thus, you will see that matches and likes will not be as important as they seem.
