What kind of professional are you?

There are three types of professionals: problem solvers, problem avoiders, and problem creators. Problem solvers are those who are always looking for new ways to do their jobs faster, more economically and more effectively. They don't waste time analyzing other people's work more than necessary and focus on what needs to be done.

These professionals understand that problems are part of the routine, they are able to keep calm and think of solutions in order to solve them as quickly as possible. Being a successful professional has everything to do with our ability to solve the challenges that are presented to us along the way, without losing motivation and positivity.

The professionals who avoid problems are those who are always putting it off, pretending that they don't see that there is something wrong, imagining that, in this way, perhaps the setback will resolve itself. The difficulty of these people in dealing with issues that, at times, can be unpleasant or in confronting people or processes that are no longer going well ends up only increasing the impact of the problem.

The worst thing is that, generally, the inconvenience generated by someone's "blind eye" will end up in someone else's hand, who will have much more work to solve the situation. The professionals who cause problems are usually those who spend more time taking care of what others are doing than doing their own assignments.

Because they are not focused on their activities, they make many mistakes, however, they hardly take responsibility for their mistakes, always complaining about the colleague, the client or the boss. They feel persecuted and devalued and do not understand that their behavior is what causes their failure. Troublemakers are always trying to get more people into their group of dissatisfied people, complaining about everything and badmouthing others.

The important thing is to know that no matter what group you belong to right now, there is always time for change. Decide to be the professional who makes the difference and commit to seeking the best version of you.
