Can I change my essence? We can do anything we really want. When we decide that something we are experiencing is not being good, nor is it returning positively to us, the option arises to stop everything that is being done until the present moment, and change.

You have doubts? Have a position, and try to be sure of just one thing: everything can change.
Be an example and inspiration for yourself, instead of looking to other people for reference.
Other people have different learnings than yours, which are sometimes similar, but never the same.
Every action, every attitude is superior to the thousands of blah-blah-blahs.
Our walk is ours.
People appear in our walk, yes, some to be side by side, on a daily basis, at all times.
Other people appear in our path to slow down, to restrict, to delay or even to want to prevent our arrival.
But all people are a learning experience.
A mature mind can visualize enough, which means living experiences, instead of imagining what it was like, what it would be like, what it's going to be like.
From the lips of wise people, virtues are heard.
From the lips of virtuous people one perceives humility.
From the heart we feel love.
What looks like pain, damage and heartache at first becomes forgiveness, gratitude, reconciliation in a second moment.
Everything we think we can't do is because we have every condition to do it.
The mind that lies, brakes, creates cunning mechanisms within so that we have no action or attitude.
Our mind needs control over it, otherwise it dominates us, and the price can be too high to pay.
What is the price to be paid? The time.

whatever.
Although we are chained sometimes, by invisible chains, and for all possible reasons, this weakness can strengthen us, and enrich us in every way when we say: ENOUGH! ENOUGH! NOT HERE!
