    A lifestyle with plenty of rest is what everyone asks for, isn't it? But there is a serious problem with this type of mentality: a sedentary lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle is the habit of not exercising physically. As much as you work, walk a few blocks to lunch or to and from home every day, that's not enough. A sedentary lifestyle is more rooted in the lifestyle we have than we think. And that is expensive.


    It costs dearly both for the health of each person, and in financial matters as well. According to a survey conducted in 2013, more than 53 billion dollars were spent in the world because of health problems caused by a sedentary lifestyle. To give you an idea, researchers believe that there are at least 22 diseases related to lack of movement. Among them, the best known are: heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, breast cancer and colorectal tumor.



    It's like the old saying goes: we spend our time to get money, and then we spend money to regain the health we lost. Therefore, there is no point in having money left over without having a busy and healthy life, otherwise everything left over will end up in a pharmacy and in centers for the treatment of diseases related to a sedentary lifestyle.

    As much as the lifestyle of those who work eight hours a day seems to prevent a person from exercising, we can take the initiative to move more! Be it with small acts, like taking the regular stairs instead of using the treadmill, until you develop the discipline to practice some sport often. The truth is that if you don't have much motivation to stop being sedentary, whether for beauty, self-esteem or health, now you have another good reason to exercise. The cash expenses that occur because of a sedentary lifestyle are expensive! And that means that you may, in the future, stop having and doing many things because your time and money may be forced to treat some health problem because of a sedentary lifestyle. Now you have plenty of reasons to exercise, so get out of your chair and get moving right now!
