But after the estrangement, what can we learn? We can transform the first strands of gray hair into little daily poems. Those almost obvious reflections that remind us that life is passing by. Our private poem collection. It's a good opportunity to reflect that certain attitudes we have are not worth the time we give them. That the competitions we enter on a daily basis are not worth that time either. It is the time to realize that we have lost with situations that are not worth it. The first strands of gray hair can show us, daily, how to live our time better. Each one gains their lesson from the first white threads. It may be the same for some and different for others. There can even be several lessons. Today is kindness. Kindness is a virtue that quiets our heart. A kind life is important. This time is worth living. Kindness shows us the presence of the other and, therefore, we take care of the details of this meeting. Kindness can be offered anywhere in our lives. It can be at home and at work. It can be offered to ourselves, to friends and family, even to people we don't know. They, the first strands of white hair, arrive delicately and without fanfare. It's just that, sometimes, we don't understand well when they arrive.
We can learn from them to arrive in this gentle way in a conversation, on a date, at a party, in a life... We can learn to arrive with kindness at the moment of maturity. We can live this out of being kind. We will try?
