I see a lot of people worried about aging, but I realize that they never realized a very basic precept: we start aging as soon as we are born. After all, getting old doesn't mean getting old, it means living, simple as that.
Aging can be synonymous with a life well spent, learning, personal growth, maturity, happiness and a collection of loves, friends and rewards. Getting older can be a gift, as long as you know how to enjoy what life offers you. If you take the aging process as a natural thing, you don't even have to worry about it, life will do it for you, every day when you wake up you will have an extra day, but you will also have more stories to tell and a mind. much better than the day before.
Okay, it may be that throughout this process your body doesn't work the same way, your appearance is no longer the same reflected in the mirror. But even the physical side can be a gift. Go to the nearest mirror and face yourself. These wrinkles and expression marks are reflections of everything you've lived, if they are close to your mouth, for example, it can be the mark that the hottest laughs left on you. A scar could indicate some surgery you had to go through and won or even take you back to the magical day you became a mother. Don't see any of this as a defect or something that takes away your beauty, make sure it's the brands that help tell your story.
Endurance, strength and disposition can also be very controlled, if throughout your life you worry about taking care of yourself. Healthy eating, physical exercise, reading and keeping up with a constant pace of learning and activity help to make the years go by smoothly. Take care of yourself and your life the way you deserve, after all it's all you have. Avoid excesses whenever possible and know how to be happy, seek peace and harmony in all your relationships. Don't hold grudges and swallow as few frogs as you can throughout the days. Up front, when you realize you're getting older, everything will be easier.
