It's not eternal, it's just a phase and like every phase, it will pass.

You, my dear reader, must be tired and terrified of so much bad news about death and pandemic, right? I'm too! Let's talk about good stuff?

Fear and panic are just the absence of peace and confrontation. Let us be sowers of positive news, not forgetting reality, of course, but starting from this reality, let us take an enlightened and serene position. Because in the end, everything will always work out! What I want to talk about here is hope, faith and love. Those three little words that have such wonderful meaning, but that we're ignoring – in this dark wave of fear and isolation. Our mind does not know how to distinguish between what is a lie and what is true and it is our responsibility to feed it with the certainty that better days will come.

Dear reader, it costs nothing to spread hope, faith and love. Instead of talking about death, share news about healing, life and prevention. We need to talk more about the hope that all this will pass, that we, humanity, have already experienced darker days and here we are, strong, prepared and evolved. I remember the historical records about wars, about Nazism in which, at that time, many healthy people died, with a life ahead of them, people who were tortured, separated from their families and killed, about 11 million people, including children , women and the elderly. This is heartbreaking. And we're all fine and we've learned not to allow this to happen again anywhere. And I look at the current scenario and realize that what causes people's death is not a virus, but humanity itself, the lack of empathy for the other, selfishness, fear, panic.

Because, in the midst of so much bad news, what I'm most afraid of is the fact that people reveal their true nature and don't think about the next, the elderly, the people most susceptible to a more serious condition of the disease. That's what scares me. But I know this is just a minority, most are kind people with a big heart. A faith is to believe in the invisible, the unbelievable, faith is an attitude not only of religion, but of mental health and happiness, because when we believe that things will stay, they stay, when all people can see is pain, peace becomes meaningless. Love, oh love, is the greatest of them, because without love we would be nothing. Even if we had the gift of speaking all languages and gave everything to the poor, if we didn't have love, we would be nothing. Love, my dear, is what moves the planet, it is not chaos, nor fear, nor panic, it only destroys us. Love is revolutionary, not the virus.
