A fine line is drawn between persisting and insisting, so we must be careful not to succumb and face defeat. Although they seem synonymous, insisting and persisting have such complex and profound differences, so an explanation of their differences is necessary.
It's common to hear stories of insistence that they worked and that they didn't work out so well. When we insist on something, we put all our energy into that goal, but without looking for any innovative solution, without seeing new possibilities or adaptations to achieve our goals. Insisting is the repetition of the same attitude, even if it does not have the desired effect. Therefore, I understand that insistence is closely related to stubbornness.
Currently we see so many discourses and insistent people, who do not analyze the context, end up harming people, often they go against studies, against science, against the evidence... . More worrying is when insistence enters the field of intolerance and ends up reaching dimensions that are too dangerous. In short, insisting on something that is not working is foolish.
To persist in something is to go beyond insistence, it is to seek solutions so that the objective is achieved. Persist is not giving up on showing the Universe and people the effectiveness of your purpose, even if changes and adaptations in your methodologies and explanations are necessary for that.

Persistence is valuable not only for the examples it leaves, but for the action it results in. Persisting is closely linked to determination, resilience and willpower, which are essential ingredients for our achievements, victories and personal satisfaction.
Therefore, the reflection of this text is the need to realize the difference between persistence and stubbornness, because even if we are explaining their differences, sometimes they are subtle and very delicate attitudes that define them in practice.
