The idea of ​​holistic health encompasses a variety of factors that contribute to the proper functioning of the body. We know that we don't just have this physical body, but we are made up of several “layers” (or aspects), which constitute the “subtle bodies”: emotional, mental and spiritual.

All these factors must be taken into account when taking care of our well-being, one complements the other. Good habits, persistence and discipline are important pillars to strengthen our health.
