In 1960, scientists and researchers identified a virus that they named coronavirus, an organism that would present a potentially fatal variation in 2020. On February 11 of this year, the World Health Organization (WHO) named this variation COVID-19, or , as it is better known, new coronavirus.
The beginning of the outbreak of the new coronavirus took place in Wuhan, China, on December 31. The contamination of the first victims is believed to have occurred in a seafood market in Wuhan, from the consumption of a wild animal infected with the virus.
Since then, the country has gone through months of contamination, changes in routine and deaths of elderly people or people with respiratory problems who contracted the disease. Symptoms are fever, dry cough, body aches and difficulty breathing. There is still no specific cure for the new coronavirus or a vaccine, as it is a previously unknown variation.
The contagion of the disease happens from contact with the saliva, body or objects of a contaminated person. This ease of transmission of the disease and the delay in the isolation of the first cases made the new coronavirus spread around the world quickly. Italy and Iran are the most affected countries after China. With the frequency of international travel by people who were on vacation or working, on March 11 the WHO declared a pandemic.
As a result, the whole world began to seek information about the symptoms of the disease and ways to protect themselves against it. Social isolation and hand hygiene are the most effective measures to avoid infection. The use of masks should only be done by those who are contaminated with the virus and need to leave the house. Canceling events, classes and work meetings has become a reality all over the world.

Doubts and uncertainties about the new coronavirus led to the emergence of fake news, but also opened space for different interpretations of this phenomenon. One of them is the quantum view of the new coronavirus.
