Be less critical!

Facing reality and criticizing are very different arguments when we deal with issues related to human behavior and maybe there are many people who hide in this idea of seeing things as they are without even giving a chance to understand the other side of the coin. Maybe it's just a hobby or a habit; this can vary with each personality. But the truth is that no one likes to live with a “critic” on duty who has answers for everything, developing a conversation focused only on what is bad and wrong presented by a negative view.

External factors, such as politics and economics, are indeed artifacts that distract us and take us off our path towards peace and balance. However, that's not where the band plays, as the saying goes. Countries with good financial structure go through different types of headaches and we must understand that no one is immune to discomfort. After all, we are human beings and we need certain phases in order to evolve.

Criticizing others—close friends for decisions made, family for being different, a stranger's clothes on the street, or simply the music someone listens to—borders a little on the edge of despair. This can be a bit hard to hear and accept, however, criticism is mostly fraught with heartbreak, personal displeasure, and even envy. Often behind this act is an admiration for the opposite, a desire to experience what he is enjoying. And at this time it is valid and fundamental to ask yourself the origin of this sensation, the reason for these lamentations and to give yourself the pleasure of being aware that there is the possibility of changing this situation.

The law of attraction gained notoriety with the book “The Secret” by Australian writer Rhonda Byrne. The success of the work was immense and millions of people started from then on to research and go after the benefits of this law without understanding very well how it worked.

According to the principle of this universal law, we attract what we emanate to the Universe. We vibrate feelings, intentions, thoughts and all this causes a movement in the flow of things, facilitating or preventing the realization of our desires.

    Be less critical!

Yes, negativism can be understood as a request and everything we receive in return can come in the form of inconvenience, dissatisfaction and obstacles. For this reason, we need to be vigilant in our actions and especially with everything we say and feel. So if you complain, say bad things, curse to the four winds and only see the sad side of being alive, your current scenario is probably not a good one, is it?

Everything is based on the way you think and value the events of life. Of course, our days are not always a bed of roses. We face problems, we have bills to pay, housework, a stressed boss to deal with and socializing with people with different stories and daily lives. But how different are they from us? Are you the only one going through a difficult period? Do you have trouble at work or in a relationship?

Instead of just criticizing, try to put yourself in the person's shoes and imagine how they must feel. Try to see situations from another angle. Empathy is an excellent medicine for those who seek change and through it the first step can be taken to make their journey lighter and more abundant. Seek freedom and exercise the power to be who you are at your core, this will only bring you more love, joy, prosperity and happiness.
