We are often asked about questions about life beyond the grave, and this usually happens when someone loses a loved one, especially when the death is due to violence or an unexpected accident.
We always say that we are spirits/souls living momentarily in a carnal, perishable body, whose envelope, with decomposition, transforms into other microorganisms. This should not be news to anyone, as it has been going on since the beginning. Only evolved spirits no longer experience the decomposition of the body, as was the case with Jesus, since his mortal remains were not found where he had been buried, but that is a matter for another time.
For those who leave, it is very distressing after regaining clarity of reasoning to learn that their loved ones who stay here think that everything is over and that they are unable to communicate.
Communication between those who are gone and those who are still in the carnal body can take place through approximations, in which
we may experience slight chills or drowsiness. The exchange also takes place through intuitions or messages that are filtered in specific places by people who are dedicated to studying mediumship.
But the most common way of communication between the so-called "living and dead" happens when we sleep, because at that moment we leave the carnal body, which is only with vitality, and enter the spiritual world. At that moment the connection is direct and we can go to many places and have contact with the most diverse.
Therefore, we should not think that death is the end or that it is an eternal sleep, as many believe, because this will cause that when we pass through we will not be able to wake up on the other plane and we can stay years and years sleeping as it is narrated in the book " Os Mensageiros”, by Chico Xavier, there being in our home colony a place called “those who sleep”.
It is important that we study the issues that involve life after the grave, because there is no solution of continuity in our existence, since we live the life of the spirit, and if today we are with this body, in the next life we will be inhabiting another, which will be duly prepared for us and that will come through a child, since we generate bodies, but not souls, as everyone knows.

Knowing what is to come will make it easier for us to pass. Let us live intensely in the present, realizing our goals, using our intuition to know the best way and conduct to follow in certain situations in life, but we must not forget that life continues after the passing away.
