1. Enjoy the present
You must focus on the present. Realize that now is all you have, don't worry about the past and don't create too many expectations for the future, because this can lead to frustration.
The more you focus on the future or the past, the more you miss the present, the most precious moment in your life. Most individuals are never fully present in the now, because they unconsciously believe that the future will be better.
From the moment you start to value what you live, all the struggle and unhappiness disappears, and life then flows with more ease and contentment.
2. Give value to the present

6. Take care of your desires

7. Use your mind to your advantage
