This famous phrase by Socrates, a philosopher from Athens who always sought to convey to people that they should have freedom of choice, thought and ideas, brought us several collaborations. But in this particular sentence, bringing it to our context, the thinker wants to say that we need to have a life of challenges. She can't be easy and bland. The challenge is what makes life worth living. Observe how you face the challenges, how about starting to face them in a more positive way?

2) “It is not strength but the constancy of good results that leads men to happiness”, Friedrich Nietzsche

Nietzsche was a German philosopher considered critical and very hard on his theories. His recurring themes were morality, state and religion. In this sentence described above, the philosopher presents us with a result of things like happiness. That he wasn't too intimate with happiness. But it is possible to understand his phrase for life. He was a philosopher who criticized other thinkers and tried to point out that the world is an individual representation, and that each one has a different idea. In the well-known phrase of this thinker, which by the way is still alive and strong, he expresses that life is a box of surprises. We are not sure of anything. The future is not given to us. What remains is to live lightly and simply, seeking to know yourself because destiny does not belong to us, what belongs to us is the game of life.

4) “Learning is changing attitudes”, Plato

One of the most important philosophers of our humanity. He believed that knowledge must be that of ideas, of what is is already conceived and cannot be changed. He was an advocate of a good education. With the well-known phrase above, the thinker shows that when we learn we are always changing, because in order to learn it is necessary to make changes, so we change our attitudes, we change.
