What is Satsang?

Satsang means "encounter with the truth". We may also think it's the end of the quest. Satsang is an ancient meditation that works on detachment from the passions of the mind, leaving man with absolutely nothing to support himself. I suggest you read the book “OSHO” as well as read about Satyaprem to understand what I want to convey. Remembering that we are not talking about religion, perhaps leaving aside the existence of GOD, on the contrary, he lives inside you, and as I am a philosopher who works with impartiality and I live a lot of stoicism, I am here wanting to contribute to your spiritual development , so that you may, in turn, have a life of lightness and acceptance.

I want to make it clear that it is not an ultimate truth, which can be questioned. As long as the mind is trapped in the search for some oasis, some reality outside the present, the body will never have complete peace. It's no use going in search of religion, gurus or things of that nature, because the only way to obtain permanent lightness is through satsang. This meditation destroys any and all illusions created by the pampering of the vicious and chatty mind. The mind is conditioned to experiences and finds itself the owner of reason, so it comes into conflict with itself and uses victimization to try to position itself within its own confusions.

Literature is also important to alleviate your conflicts, however satsang meditation, with a single arrow, destroys every illusion created so far.

There is something little known to society, which is called “Real Nature”, where everything you need is well hidden. This Real Nature is awakened consciousness, without passions, without attachment. She is above everything. Outside of language everything is silence. This Real Nature does not give labels to anything, because it knows that everything is abstract in its supports. For example, if you ask for a knife in Japan, they won't understand because it's a name they don't know, because there they use other names for objects. This happens in all nations, because in each of them the names change, so all names are conditioned to a culture, however, outside language everything is silence. If in the external world everything is nothing, since if we remove the names of things there will be absolutely nothing left in their place, we observe that in the inner world of our minds everything is repeated, but with greater intensity. The mind hears, thinks, makes a hunch, however, for real nature, everything is nothing but noise and images, because outside language everything is silence. Silence, therefore, dwells within the mind, in the consciousness that observes everything without pointing out, without judgment, just accepting and toasting with each cycle that presents itself. So that I can detail the end of depression and anguish, first you need to meditate, whether in silence or in noise, you need to learn to dominate your mind, leave it in silence, just attentive to the phenomena that occur, but without astonishment at the new that emerges with each new time. So that I can better explain about satsang, I suggest you visit my social media, Nilo Deyson Monteiro Pessanha, where we can talk directly with the reader friend.

There is, finally, an immense peace within you waiting for you to meet the truth, so that you can be happy in fullness always in the now, in the here, in the non-suffering. Not needing scenarios, not needing the future or the past, just in the lightness of acceptance and in action for the improvement of your life, in peace in the here and now that happens always and always attentive happens.
