Our thoughts are a source of energy propagation. So, everything here that we think and, consequently, everything that we speak, entails an action and the creation of a reality.

So, the first step is, every day you wake up, while you are between the end of sleep and the "good morning", the first thoughts that populate your brain will be responsible for making your day positive.

Do the gratitude exercise! You give thanks for all the things you already have and not think about what you want to achieve. Minimal things like your house, your space, your work, the people around you, your food.


The exercise of gratitude is very powerful and transforms people in an unimaginable way!

Sometimes it is involuntary. We think about something that is not cool. The difference is in establishing a word to modify this state.

When you're judging someone, saying something bad about someone, or thinking something negative, throw a word into your mind, like, "Change." Or else, snap your finger! Make some anchor so you can change your mind.

From there, change the focus. Change your thinking!

Take the thought away from the negative and bring something positive to your mind. It may be that your mind returns to negativism, but you need to insist on this change. And watch your thoughts!

This is a very important step for us to reach the expansion of our positive energy.

When you take care of your thoughts, interact positively with people, take positive actions, you eliminate any kind of criticism and judgment, that is, you eliminate negative energies from your life!


Consequently, you change your environment, the people you interact with, and suddenly, in the blink of an eye, you change your reality!

This is how you will change your reality!
