    Types of Laughter

Smiling is good, almost therapy. Having a good laugh is good for your health. When smiling, our body releases endorphins, even if it's a fake smile. The type of laugh defines the amount of chemicals released and these are associated with well-being. The smile is complex; smile is movement of the face, bones and nerves and the associated chemical part. Your intention and intensity when smiling define the amount of well-being you will be injecting into your life in the present and will rejuvenate you for the future.

Laughter will also set the rise in antibodies that help fight disease, relieve physical tension, promote relaxation and is a good remedy for those with chronic pain. In addition, smiling increases blood flow and protects from heart attacks and cardiovascular disease.

In social behavior, the smile defines your sympathy, reduces and disguises fear. It deconstructs anxiety, softens negativity and gives confidence. Smiling can be a good conflict mediator and a gateway for you to be an interesting person.

If everyone knew how smiling is good and attracts positive things, we would be like a bunch of crazy people smiling in the streets all the time. But I decided to separate the types of smile so that we can better identify them with greater knowledge.
