To peace

    Being at peace is perhaps one of the greatest aspirations of human beings at a given moment in their lives. Currently, because of the events we are experiencing, of strong planetary transition, the world increasingly asks for peace. The pandemic that turned the world upside down is not over yet, feelings and emotions are still very intense and very messed up with everything we are experiencing.

    Dealing with all losses, whatever they may be, is a difficult process that unbalances our life and our search for peace, in addition to daily factors that range from the simplest problems to solve in our daily lives to those that we are eager to solve but not we hold this power, but everything that happens around us impacts us, and being at peace is what we increasingly want.

    Peace is a state of mind and spirit. Through it, we can, in calm, glimpse the life that we cannot live in the midst of chaos. When we are in the center of a hurricane, we can only hear our survival instincts and feelings of anguish and pain, which sometimes leaves us blind and paralyzed, without being able to find a logical and rational solution.

    We need to be able to silence our mental confusion, stepping out of the storm for a moment and looking at the situation as a whole, so that we can find answers and exits amid the chaos. Any decision, however assertive we may find it to be, can bring more catastrophes and take us deeper into our particular time.

    Peace is found in brief moments of silence and total clarity of mind, in which external opinion is unimportant, because what is important is what our inner selves need to recover and survive. The world outside doesn't stop and there are still many brief storms to be faced. Nothing lasts forever. Everything is moment.



    In any situation of chaos, may we get a second of peace to calm the mind and soul, quiet our emotions and hold our pieces to move on.
