The patience

On second thought, patience is one of the great virtues for our socializing. It is a quality that, if we knew how to exercise it frequently, many misconceptions and misunderstandings could be minimized or abolished at its birth. Intemperance leads us to immense problems and when it suddenly affects us, it takes us away from pure and healthy feelings, upsetting our mental field.

If we make use of patience, making it a daily habit, we will see how useful its exercise is for those around us and, especially, for ourselves, in this long evolutionary process from which none of us can escape.

With this practice we will have the necessary serenity in those difficult moments and we will abort many problems that, in haste, we unduly follow up. Just think about it to see that in many situations where everything seems nebulous, we can glimpse a light that will make us reflect, impelling us to a coherent and rational attitude. Let us always remember what is in Luke 21:19:

"In your patience possess your souls"

There are several opportunities to exercise patience, among them in the transit. It is in this turbulent environment that we will be able to assess our behavior that will undoubtedly bring good or bad resonance to our quality of life and spiritual growth.

We also have by extension the consequences of our unbalanced mind whose dense and negative vibration will affect our mood and the environments we frequent, whether at home, work or any other. I could say that traffic can be our daily test of patience.

    The patience

From then on, we seek this balance and apply it continuously in the situations that usually plague us. In the list of good attitudes, there are countless examples that we should look up to for a good social life and, above all, to re-educate ourselves and evolve in the trajectory of our present existence.

That said, nothing will be in vain if we cultivate this attitude with the intention of getting rid of the countless imperfections that are part of our spiritual β€œbaggage” that it is our responsibility to carry.

This way of acting can be the beginning of the necessary inner reform that we all need to carry out. The effects of this virtue will bring us to a reflection on the selfishness and pride that we harbor, being able to serve as an example for the brothers of the common walk. Patience is the path of all wisdom.
