This does not mean, of course, that the achievement of the objective is bad, quite the opposite. But life is not like a video game, where Mario just needs to beat the enemy Bowser, save the princess and live the dreamed “happily ever after”. Although the game credits appear after that, life continues until game over.
Many human beings get lost in the pursuit of goals. They set unattainable goals and live according to them until the end of their lives. Any exaggeration is harmful. A person who lives after a goal he has no chance of achieving is just as unhappy as one who has no goal at all. The great truth is that only the wisdom of age teaches us what it is worth having the perseverance to fight and when we have to put something aside and simply move on.
The world can be made better with inspired people who make the planet their home. Those who know that they are passing through treat a house much less carefully than the owner of it, as only the owner knows that the burdens will only impact him in the long run. Inspiration is the secret for harmony between people and teamwork so that common goals are works so that achievements are mutual.
At the end of the day, life cannot be based on a single goal, whether it is unattainable or not followed by another goal. Inspirations have to be daily and can be as varied as possible. It can be a father who wants to support his family, a young man who wants to finish his studies, learn a second language, etc. Inspiration is the engine of people's evolution.
