I've been reflecting on the incredible role of being a mother. I consider motherhood the best and most sacred service to be assumed by women.
Motherhood awakens in us wonderful abilities to manifest our divine essence. We develop altruism, wisdom, understanding, the instinct of protection and the main of them all, the love of life and the next.
And going through this experience requires us to review our values, beliefs, identity, roles and priorities... We go through a mix of feelings in our roles and what prevails is the greater feeling of love.
As a mother, our mission is to help and support this being on her journey of new learning. With this, we become more attentive to the choices of our path.
This is a divine movement of the life cycle that awakens change to contribute to our evolution and the world.
In my life story I was presented by the strong, firm and loving figures of my mother and maternal grandmother. Extraordinary women who taught me how to walk with integrity, loyalty, respect, love. And to each of them my deep gratitude and love.
I also want to leave this legacy of love and firmness of purpose to my son, based on my mission to experience every day of my life the wonder of loving.
I take the opportunity to end this reflection with a wise phrase from Barbosa Filho:
“Being a mother is assuming before God the gift of creation, donation and unconditional love, being a mother is embodying divinity on Earth”
