    Being happy is a set of feelings and emotions, which can be achieved through a dream that has come true, a moment, a wish that has been achieved or moments of good humor.

    This means that we must explore what real happiness is, and what is not. This feeling is fleeting, and by trying so hard, you may end up driving it away.



    You must understand that happiness is not just a pleasure. For example, sex, eating a piece of chocolate cake, drinking, shopping makes us feel good, but that doesn't necessarily mean the true depth of feeling. In other words, happiness is a much deeper way of feeling pleasure.

    True happiness can only exist in the effort we make in order to achieve a desire, a goal, rather than the realization of something we ideally want. It doesn't fall short of your expectations.

    Do you want to buy your dream car? Have a dream house? The dream job? Well then, understand that true happiness is living authentically. Never put your happiness on hold when you are looking for it. Being happy is a matter of choice., and regardless of what may happen, understand that you are amazing, after all, you know defeat and it is necessary that you also face difficult moments.
