Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy is a holistic therapeutic technique aimed at those who seek self-knowledge. Through it we become aware of traumatic experiences (occurring in early childhood or even in past lives), which are responsible for the difficulties we face today. Knowing the real causes of our sufferings, we can understand and overcome them.

Regression Therapy is indicated to correct emotional, social and spiritual imbalances, such as: phobias, depression, fears, family conflicts, difficulties in social relationships, repetition of love problems, recurring accidents, blocks, feelings of guilt, etc.

The contraindications of Regression Therapy are for the following cases:

People with an intelligence deficit; people with a history of seizures and epilepsy; pregnant women; people with heart problems; under 18 and curious in general, as the person may be unprepared to experience traumatic content, thus being very impacted by this experience. Many therapists use Hypnosis, but as there is still a certain resistance on the part of the population, the Alphageny technique (a state of relaxation where alpha brain waves predominate), which also obtains positive results, is the most used.
