How to maintain the quality of life in the midst of this whirlwind of emotions and reactions?

A meditation practice It is one of them, an effective tool to slow down the mind and bring quality to thoughts.

Thus, it is possible to recognize and minimize the causes and effects of stress, insomnia, anxiety, fear and mild depression.

The vision in relation to your goals or choices becomes clearer and more assertive. You use creativity as an ally for studies, consume less energy when thinking and get better results over time of practice, impacting your life as a whole.

Practicing some modalities of meditation:

 

Meditation and vestibular combination that can work!- Standing (on the bus, subway, taking a shower): keep your spine straight, feet parallel flat on the floor, chest forward, head up, inhale and exhale, gently, five times. Notice the effect on your body and mind. Increase the time if you wish.

 



Meditation and vestibular combination that can work!- Walking: walk paying attention to your steps, feel the rhythm of the walk, as your feet touch the ground, keep your head up, as if walking, look ahead, walk towards your goals without being distracted by the side scenes, with what is happening around you. Inhale and exhale gently. Observe your body, heartbeat, breath and mind. 20 minute walk.

 

Meditation and vestibular combination that can work!- Lying down: lie down comfortably, place your right hand on your abdomen and your left hand on your heart. Relax the whole body, no sleep. Welcome you, feel the life that pulsates, release any tension. Inhale and exhale gently. Observe the sensations. You can listen to soft instrumental music, as the vibrating frequency of this type of music helps the body's cells to vibrate in higher waves, favoring the mind in reducing the speed of thoughts. Suggested time 10 minutes.

 

Meditation and vestibular combination that can work!- Seated: sit in an Indian position (cross-legged) or on a chair, with your feet parallel and well supported on the floor. Hands resting on knees, shoulders loose, spine and head straight. If you wish, close your eyes. Pay attention only to your breath, the air that enters and the air that leaves, slowly. Relax the whole body, mind, emotions. Inner images may arise, your heart may speak to you. Just allow yourself to live in this state. Gradually visualize on the screen of your mind you studying, understanding the concepts, establishing relationships between them. Create in this state the reality you desire. What's the scenario? How do you feel emotionally? Who are you with? Who supports you? Play around with the images. Suggested time 5 to 15 minutes.



Try these exercises slowly, lightly. Create your own practice. Do a lab with yourself using the different ways of meditating.


It is worth remembering that our reality is the result of thoughts created by the mind, feelings, words and attitudes generated from this mental creation.

Victory ou defeat are related, and also the quality of what we think about ourselves. Avoid judging yourself and others. Avoid comparing yourself to others, it lowers your self-esteem. It takes a little will, discipline, love and training.
