Long live the present moment!

    Living in the present moment should be something normal for all of us, but unfortunately that's not what we see in many people's daily lives. And the fact is that not living in the present moment can cause some problems even for our physical, mental and emotional health.

    What I mean is that if we don't watch our mind, it can often take us to the past or the future; thoughts in the past are usually of events that caused guilt, sadness, disappointment, or any other bad feeling. And these thoughts and feelings can drain our vital energy, making us lose the motivation to live, they also make us associate everything that happens to us with these thoughts from the past.

    And sometimes even good things from the past can hurt us because we thought our lives were better in some way back then or because friends back then were better or something like that. And this comparison between the present and the past can lead to the dreaded depression.

    And when the thoughts are in the future, it's usually worries and fears about what might or might not happen, and that creates a lot of anxiety that causes insomnia which in turn causes stress. Do you see how being outside of the present can be harmful?

    I know it's not easy for many to keep the mind in the present moment, but we must always watch ourselves so we don't give control to our mind. We need to understand that what is important is our now, it is who will determine what our future and our past will be like.

    I will teach you an exercise so that you can train your subconscious to let go of the past.

    It can be done at any time of day that you feel is necessary.

    Long live the present moment!

    Say in a low voice or mentally:

    “I forgive” (think and forgive people, events, yourself);

    “I thank you” (think and thank the bad times that taught you something, the good times you lived);

    “I release” (imagine a white light dominating your entire mind and clearing everything that holds you back to the past).

    Now an exercise for you not to worry about the future and stay in the present moment:

    Say in a low voice or in thought:

    “My fears about the future are just illusions, because the future does not exist, what really exists is my now!”

    “It makes no sense for me to be anxious. I choose to live in the present and do what I can in the moment.”

    “I take all the weight and thought buildup off the things I have to do. I will do everything at its right time!”

    “I am at peace in my here and now!”
