So, I stop and start to remember the words of those who are already on the path of peace, of love, spreading knowledge and I start to reflect and help my family with what is serving me at that moment, because when I spread the information, I am reinforcing for my Self, which needs to be fed as well.
Make a goal, an objective, live seeing this wonderful future.
And every minute vibrate that energy that will be closer to this achievement.
Leave the past in the past.
It's all us that we attract for our growth, don't be hurt, heartache generates cancer, blood diseases.
Free your ancestors, whoever has left this life deserves to go in peace, don't keep talking to them.
Remember here and now, the energy you are emanating will reap the results, yes it will!
The brain doesn't understand when you go back in the past, it brings you back in the present and then it becomes that mess.
Always follow the middle path, carefully to the extremes, not too much, not too little, not everything and also nothing!
People have their whys, they have to go through that to learn.
You don't change anyone, and yes it can evolve and advance with itself and see the other differently.
If you look with the eyes of the soul at everything and everyone, you will begin to understand things better.
Don't interfere with the growth or pain of others, remembering that everything is cause and effect.
Practice meditation, breathing and let your God grow more and more within you, and earthly things will get smaller and smaller in proportion to the size of your light.
Ask permission when doing a job, for it is God letting you do it with your hands and wisdom.
